Management of Resorts

Plus:

We have been members of Resorts Plus for just about a year, November 2012 will be a year. Ever since we have been members we have not been able to book a vacation with you, other than once, with your last minute vacations in Daytona Beach, ( which turned out to be a flea bag hotel and some charges were not included ) and booking thru your net hotels which save us approx $20.00 per night. This amount is not enough to validate a 3900.00 investment into a company that cannot give us as good a rate as vacations to go. For an example of this, today as we called Scott Morse, a member of your management team. We explained our concerns again, as we have several times to other customer service employees; He had us bring up a cruise to the western Caribbean promo code 8346, for 8 days and seven nights on the Norwegian Dawn for January 2013. Then he brought up vacations to go to compare.

To his surprise, but not to ours, vacations to go, Beat resorts plus pricing.

Our Question: What Did we pay for? This has happened several times over the last year, condos, not available during our travel availability, or customer service personnel, never get back to us, and most recently, vacations to go, and Group On have beat Resorts Plus hands down. And further, Group On gives you a money back guarantee which we were able to test last year and we were refunded our entire trip.

Mr. Paul Brophy sold us this resorts plus membership on the premis that we could get condos in key west, ( no such condo exists) Nights at a Wyndam hotel, (still have not seen on your vacation site that are available) and the best yet! A condo in Las Vegas for 39.00 a week. Yes thats right, 39.00 a WEEK. Needless to say, have not seen that either.

Your staff is not impressive either, during our conversation with Mr. Scott Morse, I guess we were keeping him from sleeping because throughout our conversation he was yawning. Per Mr. Morse, he is the king of customer service. If that is his idea of being the king of customer service, I dont need to tell you about the rest of your staff. In fact, he checked the website himself and he informed us there were no deals here. We have tried to contact your Management before, but your staff gave us the number of some other resort that was not affiliated with Resorts Plus International.
