 Well, this guy, Mr. Southard hired a bunch of sales people when the Hail Storm May 1,2016 hit the area.We were instructed to hit neighborhoods to offer free roof inspections, some of us having no experience whatsoever.After a roof inspection is completed, you email the roof damage to the h*o, and follow up to ensure they contacted their insurance. If they have, and they were given an adjustment date, the Restor salesperson would meet the adjuster on site, and collect payment of cut,provided the h*o even wanted to go with Restor.However, no salesperson was ever trained to know what to do beyond the adjustment date nor was anyone told that their cut of the job wouldn't be given until once the job was complete. Personally, I reached out for training and help from Brian, and he ignored my request on multiple occassions. Everything in this office is clearly flash bang and Brian's personality is chaotic narcissism. Because he was not honest about pay cuts in the beginning, working for this illegal operation put me in a financial situation.

I went to Brian after a few of my jobs were bought, asking for an early commission cut because my Bill's needed to be paid and rent. Brian declined and literally told me hell no just after he disclosed lending an employee three grand to get a truck and start business with him, in front of a whole room of salespeople.Brian will lie and steal from you. He will sell you a job at your interview and you will be screwed because he has a history of not paying people, as documented on here in other reports. You see Brian is much like a little boy, classic sociopathic narcissism , will have you running from his illegal business practices. He will send you texts talking about how great he is, and how much he has done and sacrificed. He will hound you to get jobs like flies on raw meat and talk down to you when you don't understand. It sounds like he's in a financial situation himself, well he would be if his first company Abelard went down and he renamed it Restor.For homeowners, Brian will say he's got roofing teams everywhere that are his teams, they are Joe Schmoes off craiglist. Do you want that on your roof? The fact that this guy has no long standing employees, should say something. All of us salespeople were hired ALL at once, in what looked like a vacant beautiful office with the minimum tools for office personnel, legit he has 1 office person.1.

This business is both a scam for the 1099 employee and the homeowner. It clearly seems to me Brian invested in the name in marketing material, and that's it. Anybody can make a name look good on the surface, but behind closed doors this is a con artist running a scam. Every move, interaction, and transaction, is done on the fly. Do not waste time here.
