Restoration Hair aka Ayurvedic Hair Grow Deceptive Ads, Refused to Refund, Fraudulent Practices, Horrific Customer Service ripoff San Jose California

When I stumbled across the ad for Restoration Hair (also known as Ayurvedic Hair Grow), their ad seemed quite legitimate and they touted their "Iron- Clad Guarantee". Here is the direct language from their website:
"I'm offering you a Zero-Risk, 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
Really, there's absolutely no risk on your part. If this treatment doesn't work for you, I'll buy the complete package back from you!

In fact, if you don't like the treatment for any reason, just return it with in ONE YEAR and I will refund your purchase price immediately. No questions, no hassles, no hard feelings and we part as friends. How's that?"

When the product arrived, the documentation that accompanies their product states clearly that people with a seizure condition (Such as epilepsy) should not use their product.

Thus, I called to ask about returning their product and seek a refund. Over the next few days, I called multiple times, was left to languish on hold for about 30 minutes each time, and each call ended with a voice mail. I informed them I wanted a refund and requested they call back.

That was 3 weeks ago, and I haven't received a call back yet. I did email their support group, and will not disservice readers here with the outrageous treatment I received from that attempt.

I was forced to cancel my charge card, order a new one, and send back a second shipment they sent that I had not requested. In fact, they knew full well that I did not want their products.

They are in the business of defrauding the public, their money back guarantee is a sham, and their lack of response nothing short of abuse of customers.
