As my resume is posted on Monster.com, I frequently receive emails from Monster notifying me of job search tips, job fairs, etc... On the last several Job Fair emails I received from them, a "Can't Attend The Event?" blurb is included which recommends using "Resume Bouncer" to automatically distribute one's resumes to potential employers. Clicking on the button takes you to: www.resumebouncer.com

On 2/20/08, I went to www.resumebouncer.com (via the Monster.com email) and paid $49.95 for distribution of my resume.

Per Resume Bouncer's FAQs:
"Can I see what was sent to recruiters?
Yes. After your resume is successfully sent to your selected group of recruiters you will receive two e-mail confirmations. One will be a copy of the e-mail message sent to recruiters. This e-mail message will appear as though it was sent by the e-mail address you provide in
the "Reply-To" box on the attachment page. The second e-mail message is a list of firm names and web addresses (if available) of recruiters that received your resume."

Nearly two weeks have passed at this point, and I never received any type of confirmation email from Resume Bouncer, nor will they reply to any of the several emails I've sent to them requesting status of my order. The only contact info they provide on their site is: contact@resumebouncer.com

I've also contact Monster.com and waiting for their reply.

I was laid off from my job of 7 years late 2007. I've been actively seeking work since then, to no avail yet, and living on unemployment while doing so. The fact that a company would take advantage of my situation and circumstances is morally corrupt. They owe everyone a refund and should be punished with additional punitive charges.
