this company took a PAID IN FULL DEBT- and claimed it as a charge of-transferred to ARROW and then to their company and REFUSE to Validate this Debt.
I recommend anyone with a complaint to contact the BBB of South Carolina, The FTC Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General as they are a deceitful company and blood suckers.
Look up the major suite that was filed by the Law Office of Dimiriees Kolovos, LLC and the Consumer Litigation Group, They won a major Suite against this company by fighting that they are NOT REGISTERED DEBT COLLECTORS.... (((ROR redacted)))

I sent a letter Registered to Fair Debt Collection-Consumer Protection Services.
I sent a letter to all three credit reporting agencies.
I sent a letter to the State of Texas Debt Collections Licensure Board.
I sent a letter to the State of Texas Attorney General and the US Attorney General
They were updating my credit report bi-weekly.
NO RESULTS SO
I sent a letter to the BBB in Greenville SC and with in 8 days I had a lemail from DAWN with RESURGENT - LVNV that removal from my credit report was done.

Updated Report on the results of my activity.
I sent a letter to the Fair Debt Colelctiona and they sent this to The complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency. The Consumer Protection Agency notified me they would look into this and sent a letter requesting documents.
I filed a complaint on line with the Better Business Bureau and RESURGENT and LVNV has ten days to answer to this complaint.
I also called Resurgence as LVNV funding transferred this I finally Obtained a cntact who obtained my letter and the letter from the COnsumer Protection Agency. THe Compliance Offices is Debra Ciapi 55 Beatti Place, Greenville, SC 29601.
I also sent a letter to the OENER AND FOUNDER OF RESURCENCE as identified on the web to inform them of their deceptinve practices Benjamin and Kelly Navarro, (((REDACTED/Minor children at risk))), Charleston, SC 29401. Registered and Restricted Mail sent USPS.
The more complaints that are filed the better the response as if they are creating debt for you through adjusting the balance owed, sending a letter from an attorney that you owe a debt, they are investigating this debt, asking you to settle a debt this is collection activity. Their are statute of limitations.
If they are not a registered debt cocllector in your state contact the Licensure Board.
