This company has called several of my family members all times of the day and night threatening to service me with court papers if I do not pay them money that I do not owe. I have lived in the same home for 10 years, received no documentation regarding the debt they say I owe.
This company has been able to locate and contact my family members but state they can not reach me. That is hard to believe when I own my home and I am listed in the phone book. This is harrassment.
My personal information has been disclosed to family members that should not have it.
