I ordered Resveratrol ultra on 5/19/09, received it on 5/24/09. I was suppose to be getting a "free" bottle of Resveratrol ultra and pay only $.99 shipping and handling. No mention of any further purchase or billing charges. They then billed my credit card twice. One for $87.13 on 6/04/09 and another for $83.18. on 6/22/09.
When I went back and read the "fine print" on their website again, to see if it was any fault of mine because of the way it was worded, but instead I found exactly the opposite! From the beginning to the end it said over and over that I would be billed to my card each month if the product was not returned within the two week trial period, and the two weeks started on the day you ordered it on the web! So if it took a week to get to you, then the trial period was only 1 week! And you could not return or cancel until you call their Customer Ser. and get some "code". It even has a paragraph that is in all capital letters so it stands out and you can't miss it, stating that you will be billed every month unless you cancel before their deadlines. This is NOT the terms and conditions that I read when I ordered it. Not even close! In fact, you would have to be a complete moron to not understand the terms in this contract.
I've tried to contact the company and I keep getting a busy signal, which tells me that they either have so many people complaining that its overloading their phone system, or they have just turned the phones off altogether because too many angry customers are yelling at the customer service dept. After 5 days, I have finally got through to their automated system and cancelled any further charges, and I filed a dispute with my credit card and they have suspended at least one of the charges, maybe two.
