Resvpure They LIED! I have proof! Orem Utah

BEWARE!! This company is HELL! I'm too wordy to explain what a fiasco I endured but the bottom line is: they can't be trusted.

When I finally received one of the products (that I was told I couldn't cancel because it was being processed and would have to wait until they shipped it and then send it back) I brought it directly to the post office and got a tracking number so I would know exactly when they received it. It was there at 8 AM, 2 days before their deadline but I received an email 9 days after it arrived saying they couldn't refund my money because it was past the deadline. (I sent them the tracking number so they could check it for themselves!) Haven't heard back yet!

The other product never arrived and I'm still in the process of trying to rectify this. I don't believe they ever sent it since I cancelled before it was actually shipped. I have asked repeatedly for a tracking number so I can see where it went but they won't provide one which is fishy since the other package had one. They just keep asking me to wait and it will show up. It's been over 6 weeks! (...now of course...past the deadline for a refund!)

I Love Oprah but she needs to screen the companies she supports! I heard about this product from her show! Good luck everyone!
