Dollar Rent a Car Unnecessary Insurance Associate sales talk, scare me to colorado condition to buy. Denver Dollar Rent a Car, Colorado

I rented a car at Dollar rent a car located close to Denver international, i was assisted by an associate name Ronda, she is from the philippines, i m actually of the same nationality i approach her and assisted me to get my rented car, as he explain to me about insurance, i mention immediately i have my own, she mention Geico ,will only cover certain coverages but not be responsible for car that i rented for damages, she pointed out things will be on my responsibility and let me sign a protection plan which i rejected and she keep talking about Denver weather condition, such as "  HAIL " ON SUMMER A GOLF BALL SIZE, which damages car and i will be responsible if this things happen still i' m negative of what she is talking about just to sale the additional insurance additional 14.95 a day.

she let me sign another form that i agree, which i told her will it be no problem to cancel the deal she mention 'YES", I RELIED OF WHAT RONDA answer, i realize she is honest, after i realize i do not need the insurance after talking to GEICO, explains  that car rental is covered on my policy, immediately call the Rental office at Denver explaining to them to take out the charges of 14.95 additional 14 days of my orig. contract the response is to bring back the car at Denver if i wanted to take the charges ,

i m 3 hrs away, and there is fire all over impossible to get back, instead of them taking out the charges they continue to charge my account. legitimately i express my situation i have a wedding of my daughter and impossible to get back, they are very in cooperative and not willing to take out the charges, still insisted their policy u need to come back at the original place where u rented the car, this type of hassling sale should no be tolerated and look upon by the better BETTER B. B. to take action and not let this happen again.

It was a terrible experience as you sign you will not win they get your "MONEY " to the extent. No consideration of some sort of situation you are in and they do not care . i just spoke to Denver office this a.m. to confirmed and get this charges of  $ 209.49. they will not take it out and i need to end up paying insurance that i really do not need when i rented the car. The reality of this experience is unforgettable, making me sick, and the person i spoke this a.m. is saying it is recorded call and i asked her to put on record my call i m not happy and dissatisfied the way i was treated.
