I trusted my bank, Canandaigua National Bank, to give me a credit card processing company that was ethical. This Retriever is the opposite. They impose annual fees of $99 w/o consent or advance knowledge, fees for every type of transaction to multiply their percentage of every transaction. They side with the credit card owner NOT the owner of the business they are suppose to represent. Bad Business partner. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
