Retriever Payment Systems Locked us into an equipment rent contract for $1600 for a machine that cost around $250 and charged $250 cancelation fee for processing fees. Internet

 The sales man came to my house, nice and smooth as could be.  Showed me a contract that stated 6 months cancelation was fine as long as we returned the machine.  He also stated that the only fee I would see would be $10 a month.  However the cost was $40 plus processing fees per exchange.  $30 for the machine and $10 for processing.  Called to cancel.... and no one was nice and smooth anymore but told me they could not help that it was the equipment people, the equipment people said it was the processing company, the processing company said it was everyone but them.  I hold the processing company responsiable since it was their salesman.  Total amount that we will be out is around $2200.  Which is a lot for a small company.  Why does the media not pick up on this?
