They use spotters which is a sure sign of a predatory towing company. These vermin are4 the scum of the earth and the owner gary coe actually has the nerve to run for public office! If you see a spotter call the police and tell them you see a person smoking pot of fondling themselves while watching kids. Works every time and makes their lives miserable! Don't get mad get even!!
