retriever towing car towed from my assinged parking spot at 120 in morning they did not contact anyone first Portland Oregon

My jeep was towed mar 9th at 1;20 am from my assinged parking spot no one at the apt complex was notified first when I asked why it was towed they said it was partialy blocking one recycle can but i have been parking there for 4 and a half years and that is my assinged spot when i asked if they just randomly drive around and tow vehicles they said yes they try to find or create a reason to tow your car there is 82 yelps online about this company it cost me 362 dollars my car is 100 ft from the street how can we stop these thieves
