i placed an order at retrojays on 8/24/04 it took 12 days for me to recieve my order when my merchndise the shoes were the wrong size i was sent a size 9 i ordered a size 11shoe. not only were the shoes the wrong size they also had been worn i have tried on several occasions to try to notify the company about this error my attempts were unsucessful. i consider this a inconvience great disappoint an a ripoff there is nothing i can do with size nine shoe being that i wear a size 11.

Well Im the owner of the company. Problems happened because we deal with many customers on a weekly basis. Best thing to do is return the shoes to the PO Box on our website so we can swap it out for you. Hope that helps and if you need something email us
PS we switched servers and we had our email account go in and out for like 2 weeks. Sorry for no or the late responses.
