I don't think you were reading the statement correctly. First off, he was doing the best he could to refund the money. Why would somebody set up a scam and give out his home phone number and address? Or do you just choose to ignore that fact? I hope you aren't a lawyer.

The truth is, the crooked and corrupt arizona courts were hindering his ability to do business. Everytime he tried to make money, they stepped in and came up with another bs excuse to have him pay more fees that weren't supposed to be payed. They even threatened to throw him in jail. And yes, the stores did give him permission and then they took down the signs, you have no information proving otherwise. So when they took down the advertising, it was difficult to pay everybody back because he was being harassed by certain people(I won't name names, but you know who you are). Some people got their money back, others didn't, and thats because he couldn't just give out all the money he didn't have. Go ahead and look on the better business bureau and check out a few companies, there are some with hundreds of complaints just like that, yet they don't call them scams because they are established companies. I don't see people hopping up and down over that. All of you people choose to ignore the fact that things would not be like this if the justice system WAS NOT corrupt, and they weren't trying to tear down his life. He has a family to take care. You only look at one thing, and that's pathetic. I don't expect you to think otherwise because you don't care, unless it happens to you, then you want the whole world to help you. I expect nothing less from you, because you are apart of a species that's so hypocritical and ignorant, you wouldn't know the truth if it slapped you across the face.

After fighting for years with these unethical, so-called, lawmen, they tried to have him arrested for sending a fax to a judge and an attorney. Last I checked, thats not illegal, especially when he was suing them. At that point, he has to pay all this money to his p.o. for stupid reasons which make no sense at all. Also, every month they threaten to throw his case out if he doesn't pay money on his bankruptcy even though that is the opposite of what is supposed to happen and they are violating the law. This hinders his ability to do business properly. But that is not the real reason why he didn't provide the advertising, that's just an obstacle making it more difficult. The point is, they were caught in illegal activities and now they are trying to cover their backsides. That is the absolute truth.

The truth is, those stores did give permission and he did put those benches up, but after he put those benches up, these stores took them down, for no reason at all.
