Reverse Bank Charges ltd. Company Number 6095476 is a scam. They have ripped off myself and several people I know by charging massive upfront fees to claim debts are unenforcable then doing nothing at all! I have gained insight into how the Directors of this company spend mine and other clients money on lavish holidays, cars and houses! One of the Directors is a known scam artist and i will not name him on this website but I am sure he will be arrested for the injustice he has caused hundreds of people.

This company must be stopped. I am putting together witnesses of people who have been scammed by this company over the last year and i am in the process of contacting the OFT, MOJ and Financial Ombudsman Service.

Stay away from this company, they are bad news. You will not see your money again if you reclaim bank charges or unenforcable agreements with this company

Once again these non supported accusations are published on a website that has no jurisdiction by law in the UK so people can post literally anything on here without fear of reprisal for libel. However, we have traced an IP address and are now working hard to locate the owner of that IP address and may issue proceedings against any individual identified to be making false accusations.

Raymond112 - You have not contacted us or any of our regulatory bodies. My open door policy has had no response from you. Generally I would not waste my time on these type of false and malicious reports but on your first ever report I felt bound by duty to contact you and see if there was any shadow of truth in your report.

If you have a genuine report about me, my company or anyone who works within my company please send your complaint to the Ministry of Justice who I have every confidence in and would investigate any type of complaint however small.

Please inform me Alan Hoey Managing Director why I have not had any of my money back? Are you enjoying spending my hard earned money on holidays and new websites to scam people?

Your scam of a business should not be able to operate. The Ombudsman has already contacted you regarding this. This is complete injustice. Your company is supposed to help people claim back charges on loans and overdrafts instead you take their money and make their situation work, it is sickening. How do you sleep at night?

Please make sure if you have had a bad experience like me you contact the Ombudsman and also the FSA,MOJ and report them.

I have made several attempts to reach the author of the report above who has made some serious allegations against our 'company'.

I have contacted the MOJ, FOS & OFT and no complaint has been made about our company in the 3 years we have helping our clients.

If Raymond112 is a genuine complainant I must ask that contact is made with our company without delay.

If the report made by Raymond112 is untrue we are in the process of contacting Ripoff Report for further information and to try and trace this person and if this is a malicious report we will seek to prosecute.

Dear All

My name is Alan Hoey, I am Managing Director of Reverse Bank Charges and my attention has been drawn to this thread today and caused me great alarm.

Reverse Bank Charges has been operating with the claims industry since February 2007 and has not received one complaint to date of which we are proud.

I do not and have never done client visits and have no idea as to the comments left by Raymond112 of London, and would like to have some direct contact so we can get to the bottom of this matter without delay. Our offices and services are very transparent and we would welcome anyone to come and have a look around our offices and speak to staff. No appointment necessary, just pop in to reception and someone will show you around and answer any questions.
If Raymond112 wants to copy any legal representative or third party into all emails and give us permission to do so for their protection I am more than happy to do so.

Our company is very transparent and we do take customer service as our number 1 priority. We have also applied for membership to the Claims Standards Council and the Chamber of Commerce and follow all Ministry of Justice advice and compliance to the word.
