I'm not one to complain or bad mouth a company or another person and this is the first time I've ever done a report against another company, but this companies business ethics are horrible and it needs to be reported.

I was directed to the Revitilize website during a search for a new facial moisturizer.  I was intrigued and decided to try the Age defying serum and the Eye cream.  It stated I had 14 days to cancel before they would charge my account $89.95 +shipping for the item and then every couple of months your automatically sent more and charged again.  If you canceled all you had to pay for was the shipping which is $4.95.

What the site doesn't tell you is that since I decided to use both the Eye and Face serum that both had to be canceled seperately or they charge you $89.95 for each.

Now apon using these items my face had an adverse reaction to them.  Meaning I broke out in a bad rash on my face. So I immediately called the company and told them about the reaction along with stating I did not want both products anymore and needed to cancel both of them before I was charged.  I even offered to mail them back to them.  So even though I didn't know about the two seperate agreements I still said I didn't want either one of these items.  They said they understood and said they would cancel the subscription right away and I wouldn't be charged.  Just so you know this cancelation took place on day 14 and I wasn't able to use the products till day 11 since it didn't show up at my house till day 10.

Now you would think that this all would be taken care of, but NO.  The next day when I looked into my bank account it showed a charge for $89.95.  So I called the number that showed in the transaction to find out what charge this was.

I asked what is this charge for?  He said "it's for the Revitilize Age Defying Serum."  I promptly told him that I had just called the day before and canceled that and gave him the cancelation number provided by the girl I had spoken to the day before.  He claimed that it wasn't a cancelation number and that it was a different company and the area I spoke with yesterday just handles the Eye serum.  I then stated that I had told the girl the day before I didn't want either one of these items and she told me they would both be canceled.

The gentleman on the other end was rude, condencending, no customer service, he even said "I being hard on you because". This just made things worse for him.  He then said he would need to put me on hold to listen to the conversation from yesterday to see if what I was saying was true.

Now how do you suppose if he painted a senario in which these two products come from this company that's split in two and had two different areas that took care of two different products could then access a phone conversation from the other side if it's so seperate?  LIE #1.

After getting back on the line he states that he's sorry for the missunderstanding on it and can only give me 75% back of what I paid due to the agreement.  I argued for quite some time about this and that it was false advertising, I said I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau, call my bank and tell them it was fradulent charges.  He said go ahead.  I asked for his manager and he said I am the manager and wouldn't give me to the owner stating that the owner doesn't take phone calls.  LIE #2

The gentleman on the other end was rude, condencending, no customer service, he even said "I'm being hard on you because".  This just made things worse.

In the end I lost out on some money and got back 75% of what they charged me, but for people like me that can be a lot of money.

DO NOT buy from this company ever!
