They charged twice-another charge for a product I did not order. They said they would cancel the second order, but would NOT refund shipping charges. I asked to cancel the original order for refund and the agent refused. He stated there would be no further charges, but I ran a check on this company and found at least 8 other complaints. I have blocked them from further transactions on my account-it was worth the $20.00 fee and am reporting them to the State Attorney General for fraud.

This is a company going by various names; currently ReViv Skin Care (from research I can see they are ripping off a LEGITIMATE high end skincare company, ReVive) and advertise as if it is Dr. Oz's website. I cannot believe his company hasn't sued them. They have used most recently Martha Stewart as the developer of their "product"-IF there is one, since from what I have read from complaints ant the BBB and Rip Off sites, no one has actually received anything. They offer a Free Trial for $4.95 shipping. One places an order, then one will see TWO charges on their card. Upon calling the company 3 or 4 times and fruitlessly emailing, one will get a call back from a man who will cancel the bogus second order but refuse to refund the shipping charge. If one tries to cancel the entire order, he refuses and refuses to cancel the shipping for the canceled order as well, stating one WILL receive the product, then let it slip that a recurring charge will be made if one does not notify them within the 14 day trial period. I have blocked this company from further charges on my account and am reporting them to the California State Attorney General for fraud. Suzan, Los Angeles, California
