Revived Youth Cream Deceptive sales practices St. Petersberg Florida

I purchased a product seen on Shark Tank for a skin care cream. The cost, to my knowledge, was $4.95. When my credit card bill came, I was billed for $4.95, $1.99, and $97.21. 

I immediately called and was told that I agreed to either return product within 14 days or I would be charged the full amount for the sample I got. Now first of all, the sample has been contaminated by me using it. What would they do with that when returned? Repackage it? They couldn;t answer that question when I asked it.

Secondly, I stated that I never agreed to anything nor would I ever purchase a jar of skin cream for $97.21. I was told that it is stated in the small tab at the bottom of the webpage that says terms and had I opened that tab, I would have seen that. 

I am a senior citizen and feel that I have been taken advantage of. I did return the product, contacted my credit card company who is investigating, contacted the State of Florida Attorney General's office, as well as the Better Business Bureau of Western Florida. The company responded to that saying "there are plenty of places on the website that state the conditions"--false! It also responded that I was sent a confirmation email. I never got one after I ordered the sample.
