I've have had Revol wireless for nearly 18 months and it's better than nothing - that's the best selling point I can offer. The service is inconsistent with frequent drop calls or poor connection - even within the center of town. I felt like was nickel and dimed to death and god forbid if you ever actually have to contact someone in the company. They don't respond to emails, majoprity of the store employees act as if you're annoying them with your presence and the company's policies further support my theory. For example, to go into a Revol store and make a payment (regardless of the method) is an additional $5. Yet, they send constant text messages selling "upgrades." I am fed up. I've let my current month expire and switiching to another carrier.

Save yourself the hassle and switch to another carrier. Since I made my initial post, I switched to Boost Mobile and have significantly better service and coverage. And no, I don't work for Boost.

I feel the same way about Revol, like I've been nickle and dimed to death. I've payed for the same phone 3 times now in 6 months. You are SOOOO right about the lousy customer service. How do they sleep at night?
