Reward Port I redeemed points for a Barnes and Noble Gift card in August 2012. Not received, and no response to emails. Medford New Jersey

I redeemed 4500 points for a Barnes and Noble gift card on 8/10/12....It still says reward is pending. I have emailed them several times, with no response. They do not have a contact phone number on their site.
