Rewardzoneusa promised me a $1000 gift card if I purchased 10 items or services...which I did.  I used my debit card but never received my gift card.   When I called them they have NO ONE MANNING THEIR PHONES.   I left several voicemails and emails with no response.    They owe me a $1000 giftcard.     Jeffrey   Los Angeles Ca.

The only reason you wouldn't receive your reward would be that you didn't complete what was asked of you. This company is legit, they are available, and they pay you if you do what is required. The instructions they give you are simple and straightforward, and they are available by phone and email should you have any questions. They don't tell you to buy product or service, and you don't necessarily have to come out of pocket for anything. Yes, it takes some time. Yes, it takes some effort. It's a thousand dollars! You have to be willing to do SOMETHING for it. It wasn't hard, it was just a little bit of effort.

When I heard about this "reward incentive" thing, my first thoughts were that this was a total scam. I mean, they were offering me a $1,000 Visa Gift Card for no apparent reason. But I figured I had nothing to lose except potentially a thousand dollars, so I gave it a shot. It was pretty straightforward. I had to complete a total of 10 offers to receive my reward, and I had 20 days from the day that I started working on them to do so. It did take me nearly the full 20 days to complete them, and then a few more for them to be verified, but about a month later they all checked out.

I received a congratulatory email with further instructions and a claim form to submit. I had 30 days to submit proof of my identity and proof of my residence, which I could do either by regular mail or email, and then send in my signed and notarized claim form. For me, this was almost the hardest part. I've gotten divorced and changed my name...sort of...so I didn't have exactly what they needed for my ID. Also, I live at a friend's house and don't have a lease or any utilities in my name, so I couldn't provide the address verification they asked for either. But, they were very helpful and communicative, they answered all of my questions, and they were actually very accommodating.

It took quite a few emails back and forth, but we were eventually able to put together enough documentation to satisfy their requirements. All that was left was signing my claim form and having it notarized before mailing the original copy to RZU in New York. Again, it took almost the full 30 days to do this. And then I was told that it would take 2-4 weeks for their vendor to process my reward claim and issue my incentive. It actually took like 2-4 hours. I got an email that same day from their vendor and followed a few quick links on their website to claim my reward.

I opted for a virtual gift card (e-gift card) instead of waiting for a physical card to arrive in the mail. It took me roughly seven weeks to complete in total, but it wasn't hard nor was it confusing in the least. They were very clear. I did what they asked of me and held up my end of the bargain, and they, in turn, did the same. I received a virtual Visa Gift Card in the amount of $1,000 and have had no trouble using it whatsoever (Amazon, Nexxus.com, Walmart.com - even Walmart in-store via their app, to name a few).I actually had to do very little for a whole lot of reward. Well worth your time. Definitely legit, definitely recommend.

You dropped the ball somewhere. That's on you, not them.
