This person and company placed a Craigslist Ad for a sales position with a base plus commission. You were to email andrew@themobileappshop.com but contact Rex at 303-619-6679. I went through the entire interview and setup process. To be sent a new comp plan two days later of 100% commission. After questioning the change. Andrew Nollett (actually Rex Halbeisen) stated he had a stellar reputation and his word was gold. After attempting to Google Andrew Nollett and The Mobile App Shop with not much coming up. I googled the phone number and Rex Halbeisen comes up. He is apparently a big scam artist from other Complaints I found. So he has not only changed his name but his company name too. So beware he is at it again under a whole new name as a person and company.

First, i am the 100% owner of the mobile app shop, rex halbeisen is not an employee and has no authorization to use my name or my business. I
Second, i have never placed an ad in craigs list looking for anyone.
Third- Anmoyous is cowardly. they can call me at 720-891-1804 anytime.
Forth- i am in Santa Fe New Mexico, not Boulder Colorado
Firth- I have agents who resell my products on a 1099 basis as their own companies. I supply them an email address and collaterial but nothing else.
Sixth-it seems like anyone can say anything without any checking of the facts.
