Reynolds Metering Non Payment for work performed Indianapolis, Indiana

This company WILL NOT pay you. I have been waiting on a check for 4 months now. Melissa Reynolds doesnt have the balls to email or call me. I've sent her an email every week since September 2012 and when she does email me back, theres always some lame excuse. My next step is Certified Mail, then Im going to small claims court. I'll get my money one way or another. Melissa reads all of these reports, as I have brought these to her attention in an attempt to collect the money she owes me, and her response was "Your check was issued by our office.  Also the rip off reports are posted by the same person who was terminated from our office over a year ago.  He is currently being pursued legally and criminally.  So do as you may and reference these reports, but you will be alongside him for slander along other accounts.  Thanks,  Melissa Reynolds V.P. of OperationsReynolds Metering Services1-888-963-8377 ext 702" REALLY?????
