RHD AUTO 7324341 Canada Ltd. Took my money and didn't deliver the car, promised refund and never heard back. peterborough, Ontario Canada

I contacted RHD AUTO Back in January 2011 about importing a vehicle from japan. they told me they were able to, so i sent them the information they needed to contact the dealer to acquire the vehicle, then i sent them the $12,161 via wire transfer to them for: cost of the car plus shipping and processing fees.

at first everything seemed to be going smoothly, but then i would never hear from them and they weren't returning phone calls or emails. after a while they said that they were having issues getting the paperwork for the vehicle and were unable to ship the vehicle to me. so i asked them for a refund, they wanted to keep trying to get the paperwork but did say they would process the refund SOON. soon came and went and i asked again, and again they said they would process the refund.

After waiting more, and still no refund and no results, i contacted the Better Business Bureau. i got a response from RHD AUTO about a week or two later, they asked for another month in order to get me the refund or to get me the vehicle, i waited a month and ended up with no refund and no car. now there website is down and all there phone numbers that i have dont work, and i have no way to contact them. I now have contacted the NCDOJ and am hoping to have results.

There were three people there that i had contact with: Jeremy, Kyle, and Matthew. if any of these guys ever read this i would like for them to contact me and i would like the return of all the money i sent, or if you are able to get me the car with all the proper paperwork then send the car.... thanks
