I placed an order on rhinomart.com on the 7th of February 2011 and was asked to wire about $2000. I insisted on using my credit card but the insisted that wire transfer was the preferred method of payment for international costumers. After waiting for two weeks and receiving only 20% of my order .I contacted the warehouse and was told the had a lot of backlog and this was causing a delay. After waiting for a couple more days I requested for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded to me. They than gave me store credit for about 1500$. I insisted on a refund than the drama started. A man named John kept lying to me that my money will be refunded in a couple of days but it never came through.

Yesterday I received an email informing me that since the money was wire transferred they wouldn't be able to make any international refund but can only issue me a check to a US address. Very funny to me because why receive international transfer if you can't make refunds. These company is a big fraud.I am surprised the regulatory body still allow them to be in business. The are liars and cheats. They give huge discount just to tempt you to buy from them,once they have your money they than stop taking your calls or replying your mail. I need help what do I do! I live outside the US,how do I get my money back? Please nobody should deal with this company they are fraud.

This company is just a fraud. Third week of refund request and no response.
How can they be allowed to treat people this way.please avoid this website they are very shady in their dealings.
Avoid their promotions once you get caught up you will be disappointed with their service.

This company is so funny! Do they mean to say that if I don't have a US address I wouldn't be getting my refund? Well I emailed them my US address and the response was "I will email you a Copy of the check when I have my hands on it! I can't imagine the kind of business the run. No time frame for the refund. Coming to think of it they charged my credit card for about 400$ why can't that be refunded to my credit card while we sort out the payment made through the wire transfer. Reading the complains posted I see this is their style and will have to wait for more weeks to get my money. Whoever that is reading please stay clear of this website their costumer service is zero! Please use dollar days.com The are reliable .
