breach of contract, this company faiied to live up to what they advertise and failed to deliver on those promises.  this company is incompetent and should not be doing business, they are a ripoff and ask you to sign a agreement to protect themselves because they know they cannot deliver.  I had problems from the very beginning i had to send a lot of emails just to get a simple thing upgraded on my site.  they said they could set-up interface between my website and my bank, they had no idea how to accomplish this but they sent me an email saying it was completed and working.  i talked to my bank and they said it was never done.  had i not checked i would have customers trying to make a purchase on to find out they could not. this would have ruined my business.  this is a awful, lying company.
