Nowhere in the contract it is written that technology belongs to you....

O you mean to your company..? Which one.. The one that is in bacrupty procedure in Australia, or the one in USA that has not submited financial report for the past three years?

now that things are not going the way you wanted, you suddenly have no time..

nothing new, acctually.. happened before.. every time there was a problem with the machine, and those problems were quite a lot..

if you think you have a case, go to court, and prove the whole wide world that you are right..

you can not do that... this is the problem..

and you very well know it... you have no case against breach of contract, as there is no breach in contract

period.

one of the mails from you.... January 6th 2014 - you were talking about getting payment for 10 containers.. you even say you issued Invoices..

So..

Invoices for material you do not have (and never had)... who is now a liar and cheater? At least when I issue an Invoice I have material to sell.

So where is the payment and order? Order towards me... as you were informed that we run... (look at mails dated January and Februay 2014).

you did not even wanted to pick up samples (as per mails in February 2014) - excuses from you that DHL can not pick up a shipment in Slovenia - big lie.. DHL can confirm that easy...

But.. anyway.. You were asked to place orders, and you did not... that is the fact..

Also the fact is, tha the machine as you sold it, does not run as expected. And what you are selling, never will. I know.

And do not worry.. I also have ALL our communication. Since you were in Australia, and had to move to USA, and had to move to Uk and had to move to Spain...

If its that easy to rebutte my lies.. why are you using this site?

Use court, and try to prove that I lie there..

There is not one single iota of truth in any of his rebuttals whatsoever. Not even one streak of truth.

there is one mor thing I missed in my last Rebuttal...

Mr. Goldberg claims to have visited the factory a day before machine breaking down.

What a big lie.

LAt time he was at the plant was at least a year before that (I still have his flights from when he visited the plant), and as for service..

Well..

To say it is purely serviced, the seller should provide a service book to be able to say that. Am I right?

He provided ZERO manuals and service books. So.. how is he able to tell the machine was purely serviced..

And. last but not least.. machine did not broke down due to pure service, or no service as he claims. Machine borke down due to material failure. material he claims to have IP on it...

well .. such IP on such materials he could keep easily...

And yes. We are in selling the machine(s).. he just does not have any idea what we are selling.

as he has no idea who bought the machinery. None of the companies he mentioned was the buyer of the machinery.

So..

Potential customers of his machine.

Beware... other than a lot of talk and overpriced machinery (yes, now I know that), you get nothing from this man.

first I would like to point out, that everone can see what kind of person is writing lies on the web.

Mr. GOLDBERG is sopouse to be .. what?

Owner of machines he sold me?

Since when?

As far as I know the machines were paied in full.

And what I got was Chinese s**t, that we had to repair and improve for 6 months to be able to run.

As for the agreement to buy the product made on the machines.

In 2,5 years the contract was walid Mr. Goldberg succesfully sold 38 tons of material produced. Meanning a full, not even two day production.

What a success.

And about machine he sold.

In the state he sold the machines the machines will never work. Unfortuantelly for him, the improvements we made are unaccesible to him. Even "experts" he sends make more damage than they can do.

I speak from experience, when he send "an electrician". And that expert "improved" the wiing, in a way, that machine was not running.

As for the dump he visited in Italy.

I do not know what he was seeing, but on that dump there were about 80.000tons of tires.

Well.. if that is nothing.. By the way.. I have photos of him in front of those tires..

So,, needles to say more.

As for his statement that I sell "his" machines. Well. that were never his machines. He was paied. And IP he is talking about?

Consider. To whom the IP belongs. He is beeing sued for breach of IP in video material I made.

In the other hand. He never patented any part of the machine. If he would than we would be able to talk maybe about IP breach.. but.. IP breach in machinery, not video material of machinery I made.

Well.

I am loosing to much time answering this..

Have better things to do. Obviously he does not.

And I understand..

None of the machines he sopouse to have sold in tha past years acctually work.

Mine would not work, if we have not done improvements. And, with lies put here, he is trying to do... well Mr. GOLDBERG.. what exactly are you trying to do..
