Ric Fleming is a professional con artist. I have documentation of several people he has ripped off. Some are web designers, some are small businesses that were relying on him creating a web presence. Ric posts ads on Craigslist looking for unsuspecting web designers to do his work for him. He racks up an invoice, then comes up with a story about his uncle dying and he can't pay. Ric Fleming travels all over florida looking for small businesses and promises them a website within 10 days and that he can get them to the top of the search engines within a month. He brings in a large portfolio and brags about how he's been doing this for over 20 years.
This person is a professional con artist!
