I just want to say that if you had any problem at rich, all you had to do was tell someone and they would help you find a.solution. Keith Everette, Shannon or Bryan Patton all have a.open door policy and I do mean open door. But they can't fix something if you don't.talk to them.

And as far as working conditions and schedules, its trucking. Schedules change all of the time. And are working conditions can be stressful but you are.told.upfront that our customers demand on time deliveries. And if you can't make a appointment let someone know and they will change your load.Again you must communicate with dispatch.

Now I want to talk about something that means the world to me, Lucas, my son. Lucas had serious medical issues and I was off work a lot and I do mean a lot. Not one single time was I threatened with my job. Nor was I ever told no on needing the time off. Rich logistics was always there for me, more importantly they were always there for Lucas. Its was like he was everyone's son. And then on 11-21-2013 Lucas died. And without hesitation Keith was rieverettthere. He was there for me when my own.dad.wasn't. And.he told me not to worry about anything. You would have thought that Keith was Luke's grandpa. And because of people like Keith Everrett my son,my heart and soul was taken care of very well. Ms. Betty, Keith Everrett,Shannon Everrett and Bryan Patton are not my bosses and I'm not just a employee, they are my family. And I am very lucky to be part of that family.

And by the way this company you choose to be negative about well that company PAID EVERYpenny of my sons funeral expenses and.they have NEVER ask me one time to pay them back. Not onesingle time. So you see.they are not a company they are a family. And I have a home!!!! And so you know I'm working on my 10 the year at Rich and no they haven't all been easy but they have been fun....... I thank god for bringing Keith and Bryan into my life and I thank both of them for there devotion to me and my family. And I only.hope that someday I can do for.them as good as they've done for me. And I would recommend Rich Logistics to any Good driver. Steering wheel holders and cry babies need not apply!!!!!
