I came in contact with Rich Whyle Richard Whyle on Dec 2009 and the ywere very nice. I cleaned the carpets of the business. I charge 99 per room and the yhad 5 rooms. I only charge 495 and they paid me $600. I tried to give the money back but they said no just keep it. What kind of company overpays?
