Richard is a tall well tanning man born 6/5/68. He jumps around from job to job masonry and factory enviroment. His drivers licence in OHIO is suspended. Last seen driving Grey two tone custon Mercury Cougar. Last known to be in Florida.
Richard usually drinks alot. Have social to determine identity if needed. Has tattoo on chest says " freddie krougar" cheap homemade. Has tatto on I believe right arm shoulder area skull of some sort professionally done.
Richard Alan Hamlin was last believed to be in Florida. He is the dead beat dad of 2 young daughters Danielle and Casey in Ohio. He owes over 10,000 in back child support. Medina County, Ohio sheriffs dept. has a capieus issued for him.
Submitter has a Cival Protection Order against Richard 5 Years and extendable, for injury to one of the children and repeated threats and abuse of submitter.
