6/16/2015- Sent $500.00 via Moneygram to Richard Bruce of Richie Best Yorkies for a puppy name Buster. Buster to be shipped to me on 6/20/2015.
6/20/2015-Richard called to say Buster at pet transport company and he would email me flight schedule.
6/20/2015-Received an invoice from PetFlex (Pet Flex is on your website) for $1400.00 for pet life insurance. 98% of fee to refunded on pet delivery. Buster would not be shipped until money paid by Moneygram. Fees would continue to accrue until paid. I tried to call PetFlex at (011) 499-2143, disconnected. I tried their website www.petflex.net and website was suspended.
6/20/2015-I called Richaed and advised him I would not pay $1400.00 shipping fee. Also, I let him know there is no such coverage for pets as life insurance. Richard was to try and work things out and call me back.
6/21/2015-I tried to contact Richard by phone and email unsuccessfully.
6/22/2015-I called Richard from a different number and he answered. Richard advised that since voucher was not valid, I would have to pay normal travel cost of $250.00 by Moneygram and he would ship Buster to me on 6/24.
6/23/2015-I sent $250.00 to Richard Bruce and sent him a confirmation email.
6/24/2015-Richard sent me a text to contact him. I called Richard and he advised he would not ship Buster. I could either pick-up Buster or get a refund. I opted for a refund. Richard was supposed to send $750.00 via PayPal.
6/24/2015-My refund of $750.00 was not received so I called Richard from a different phone late that evening and he advised was out of town but promised to refund $750.00 on 6/25/2015.
6/25/2015-No refund received and no response to my emails or voicemail messages.
