Richard Ibrahim Issa is such a good cop that he uses his extreeme and significant powers to screw with his family members like his brother Joe who used to be a go-go dancer and was thrown in jail and his two brothers' in laws who he continually screws with.
Please Richard go find some real criminals and arrest them, like maybe a crime like stolen artwork or something, or the cocaine cartel in Boulder Colorado masked by the new medical marijuanan industry.
Your biggest bust in over 30 years of law enforcement was Thunderbird Joe a black man on Four Mile in Detroit Michigan who drove his aunt's car after drinking his favorite beverage. Yeah he got 30 days Richard, GOOD JOB!!! Cop of the year in Detroit for that one.
