I have Direct Express and had a unauthorized withdrawal on my card for $19.95 I filed a dispute on this and they just gave me the run around; when I continued to pursue this and called back after receiving a letter saying nothing has gone wrong with your account. I spoke to some guy named Rustle at Direct Express and he was rude, nasty and spoke to me like he was some kind of authority figure to me. Well I see the letter that came to me is from Texas. I wish they were here in Michigan cause I would go down there and stomp a mud hole in your a** "Rustle".
