This will sound all to familiar. My family, as many families these days, did not have the credit to buy a home, but we came upon a company too good to be true. Thats exactly what it turned out to be, to good to be true. Jeremy and Richardson Equity said they could get us into the house of our dreams, but that entire experience turned out to be a nightmare. We sent him an earnest payment of $2,500.00 and when he bought our dream house we gave him an additional $2,300.00 We did get our house. but when we arrived, (we did all the transaction via phone/fax/internet) The monthly payment was not what we were told it was $800.00 MORE than origanally quoted. Almost immediately after moving in we found out that there was about $50,000.00 needed in repairs. And that was just so the house would not tumble over since it was leaning very much to one side. A structural enginier said it should not be lived in. I can go on and on about the lies, misrepresentation, and down right fraud. If there i anyone who knows how to commence legal pocedings, or if there is already a class action against him, please contact me. Just reply to this message and I will know who to get ahold of. This isn't over. We ALL deserve to be paid back and criminal charges filed.

To Jasmine and all other victims
As you know my husband and I also were victims of Jeremy's. I opened the can of worms with MEDIA in the Portland area / and added lotz to the ongoing investigation with FBI that Lisa ( california victim) had started with them......the investigation obviously was slow,,,,however justice is now on it's way to being served.....I've been notified by DOJ that Jeremy's 1st court date is Sept 23rd in Portland I know for a fact his sentencing will NOT be what we planned and wanted/ as he has plea dealed which I don't believe is right or fair>>> we victims didn't get a chance to plea bargin we all just watched our money dissappear into Jeremy's 'spending ' account while he and Niki led the good life and the rest of us watched our lives trickle down and put us further in debt' Thank you Jeremy.......Needless to say I will be there in court EVERY time he's mandated to be there: I have invited Media as well.....
