richardson solution ltd Stated there were charges against me for failure to pay back a payday loan in 2011 threaten criminal charges Internet

recieved a call on house phone and cell phone mulitple times and never answered. today there was a message statig that if i did not cotact them regarding this matter and if they track me down they would would proceed with criminal charges. 

so i called number given and was told that they were a collection mediator and they were working with highland payday loans to recover money that was owed to them.

i stated that i never heard of the company nor did i take out a loan with them. they then proceeded to tell me that there was a balance of $1140 owed from 2011. they stated that they would settle for the account for $940.

I express to them that i never received money from this company. they then gave me last 4 digits of a bank account in which funds were to be deposited.

i told them that the bank info they had was not mine. they said their client is pressing criminal charges against me for fraud because i gave them the wrong bank info. then they started to read off my name, ss number, email, that i was disabled, they mentioned my parent as a contact person. of course i said that was my info but i never received the money.

i said if they had the wrong banking info how would i had received the money. i was told that it was send to my address. which they also knew. i told them i never received the money the stated that it was sent via mail in cash. when i continue to question the fact that what company would send cash through the mail.

i was told that i either pay the $940 settlement in 2 installments, or pay the full ballance and make payment arrangement that they would have to get approved by there client or i could pay the $460 (the original loan amount) today and it would be off my credit and it would be resolved with no fututre issues.

i was concerned about the threat of criminal charges and the manager rebecca shaw stated i could pay the amounts offered or pay $3000 in court cost and and other charges. they also had my fathers info so i did not want him to be bothered with anything so i paid the $460 today via my bank credit card

after getting off the phone it just did not seem right i could not wrap my head around any business sending cash via a mail. i decided to do some research on this company and found this site. 

warning this company is a fruad! i have stopped payment closed out my debit/visa card and reported to the bbb and on this site. they also stated that they had sent mail to my home several times with no response i never received one notice just for the record. beware
