On 5/17/05, I received my "loan" paperwork. Everything looked official and I was not surprised that I was asked to send $732 for collateral. After that, I was told the lender would only release my funds if I bought the insurance for the loan. Against my better judgement, I did that as well. Well I kept trying to call them and would get either a busy signal or the message that "this number cannot be reached as dialed." Forget the toll free number, that isn't working either.
Finally Tuesday June,7 I recieved a call after sending them an e-mail threatening legal action. They said my money would be released with 24-48hrs. Well so far nothing. Luckily I opened an account just for this loan and there is nothing in it for them to take. I just want answers, my loan, a refund, something! I have two little children to think about, I can't afford to just lose over $1500 not to mention hire a lawyer to fight them. I'm ready to drive there and camp out in their office, if it exists, until I get my money! Help!

I contacted the prescinct in the city where Richmond Investments said they existed. The detectives told me that they went to the 6800 Jericho Turn Pike address and the company does not exist. They are using a trump line to appear that they are local when in reality the monies they are requesting are being sent oversees. I will be contacting the FBI, Homeland Security and Secret Service to let them know what is going on. I don't want anyone else to suffer like this. I'm sick over this not to mention I don't know what I'm going to tell my children when I can't do the little things I used to for them. Protect yourself and don't fall for this.
