I DID NOT DO SUCH A THING. I HAVE NEVER FORCED SOMEONE TO SIGN ANYTHING THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SIGN. I ONLY FOUND AN AVENUE TO MAKE A DEAL WORK THAT WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OTHER WAY. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER WHAT THE PAYMENT WAS BEFORE HE APPROACHED FINANCE.(THAT IS THE LAW) I THEN SHOOK HIS HAND FOR THE APPRECIATED BUSINESS AND DIRECTED HIM TO FINANCE. HE THEN SIGNED OVER 10 DOCUMENTS STATING WHAT HE WAS PURCHASING AND FOR HOW MUCH AND FOR HOW LONG. WHY WOULD HE HAVE SIGNED IT IF HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO TRY TO HELP HIM AND I TOLD HIM THAT BUYING THIS PARTICULAR CAR WOULD HELP HIM GET OUT OF THE CAR HE WAS CURRENTLY DRIVING TO SAVE FURTHER SERVICE CHARGES. I AM APPAULED THAT HE WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT ABOUT ME AND MY FORMER COMPANY THAT REACHED OUR ARMS OUT TO HIM TO HELP HIM AND HIS SICK WIFE IN TIME OF FINANCIAL TROUBLE.
