My wife and I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. We gave them correct information towards the deal.  A deal was made, so we gave them $1000 down towards the purchase of a vehicle.  While my wife was signing the paperwork the manager never read anything to her, but just sign here.  Before we left, I asked don't we supposed to put the insurance on the vehicle before we leave the lot. We were told not to until the bank calls us. So we left this dealership without any insurance on the vehicle. It was several days later when the bank called my wife, verified information, and they on a three-way conversation called our insurance company and added this vehicle to our plan. The bank gave us our first payment date which was May 6, 2012 during this call also.  About 3 weeks later we got a call from the dealership stating that they needed me to go on the loan with her. During this time period we are thinking that the car has been financed. So the entire time we were in a vehicle that had not been financed and they waited 3 weeks to tell us this. So we told them that we would be over there as soon as we could so that I could co-sign with my wife.  Needless to say, they came and took the vehicle from us the same week we scheduled to come so that I could co-sign with her on the loan. So we went to get our money back that we had put down and they told us that we could not get our money back.  This is totally wrong and not our fault. It was a mistake on their staff not ours. So why we can't get our money back.
