Sharing a horrible customer service experience with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buford. Went there to buy a new car for fiancee - as his burned up in a fire 2 weeks ago.
After days of looking and making a decision, we called to verify the specific vehicle we wanted was in stock. The rep on the phone assured us it was, and we drove 55 miles to the Buford location to purchase it. The rep even called us when we were on the way to ask if we were there yet and how soon we would arrive. When we got there, the rep we spoke to on the phone didn't even exist (she was probably in a call center in India), and the vehicle had gone to auction 3 days prior.
Rick Hendrick Chevrolet intentionally lied to us to get us in their door to try to sell us something else. We had taken off work that day to do this, so our time was completely wasted, and we drove 110 miles round trip to buy a vehicle that didn't exist.
We waited to talk to the general manager, he never came so we left. We called him 3 times that day and he never returned our call. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had and Rick Hendrick doesn't care. Don't give them your business. They will only lie to you and waste your time.

Nobody called you back because they don't care. This dealership chain is WELL KNOWN for their lack of integrity, honesty and everyday practice of deception. Rick Hendrick himself is well known in the business as nothing more than a slime ball or slime balls and has been involved in NUMEROUS legal proceedings over the years including trying to pay off manufacturer's officials to get special treatment for new car allocations. Your best bet is to help spread the word about how they are choking on the stench of their dishonesty and never, ever go near them ever again. The level of stench is so high, even a gas mask won't help you!
