Rick Pachl has been stiffing people for services and goods for many years.  He talks never has his checkbook with him, says he'll send money and never does. Then never returns phone calls He's changed his company name many times...and phone numbers. 

If you encounter him, or currently work with him, don't do ANYTHING without CASH upfront. If he's paid you one or two times, it's only a matter of time before he stiffs you too. He mostly works with Screen Printers, Embroiderers, designers and Promotional Product businesses. He does business in the Mehlville, Oakville and Affton area primarily.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS This has been going on for at least the 12 years I've known of him.
