I, like most people reporting this company, had a car towed, my case is a little different. I moved to Oregon from Cali in 2001. After losing a car in a divorce in 2003, the car ended up in Cali again, with oregon plates and registered to the new owner. Well, it breaks down and gets towed, in 2004. In 2006, I get a letter from this slezy collection company, so in good faith I call them and explain they got the wrong guy!

The belongs to some else, contact the OREGON dmv. The rude little hispanic broad tells me I need to funish this info to them. Not my job I tell them. They harrass me for months, week after week they call and I tell them, not gonna happen, pound sand, got hell, stop calling. I send letters to cease attempts. I got a copy of my credit report and these scumbags have reported it to the credit agencies. I contact them, equifax and trans union agree to remove it, but experian say it s "verified", I ask the to validate the debt. They say to have the collection company "validate the debt.

Well by this time I am a little pissed off so I do some research and find I have grounds to sue them, so I am. Oddly enough, after these bozo's get a summons, the collection dissappeares from my credit report, well too late a$$holes, the says I am entitled to monetary compansation. Stand up to these freaks! They prey on the unimformed, the laws are very clear. There are some great websites that offer step by step solutions and even flow charts to end this form of extortion. DO NOT BE A VICTIM!!!!!
