Rick's Lawn, Garden & Snow Plowing Service Failed to live up their word Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I hired this company to cut my grasses for the summer. Last August, while cutting my grass, they accidently hit a rock and that rock flew right to my storm door. It was the glass door before my front door. This caused the glass to shattered into pieces and finally just fell down when I opened the door to come out. The business owner, Rick, admitted that he did it and said he will pay for a replacement. After many attempts and not to mentioned that he had aggreed to come over one weekend to replace it, they still haven't replace the door yet. I had everything rescheduled and waited but he didn't show up or call. I am a single and working mother. My schedule and availability is much as important as his. I am tire of playing phone tag with him and his false promise.

I just want other people to know that he doesn't live up to his word and be-careful when you hire him. As for my door, I will have to find an alternative to replace it.
