Contacts victims via internet.Claims to be god fearing.Says he is an engineer.Claims to be from Florida.Says he is in Africa working and will be home in a couple months. 
Very quickly he falls in love and needs money for one thing or the other.Says he has a 10 year old daughter.Wife left him for his best friend and she does not even contact the daughter. He just wants someone to love him for him. 
He speaks with an accent but very good english. Spells well to. Will not accept your friend requests on facebook.
