RideBikeGear.com Sold poor quality motorcycle trunk based on false advertisement-nor does it fit as described Newmarket, Ontario

I purchased a TP Extra Large Motorcycle Trunk Tour Pak with Wrap Around Backrest and Large Top Rack.  Website advertises marked down from $599.95 to $199.95.  No way was it ever worth that much.  It is cheap thin plastic material (website states durable ABS plastic).  It does not fit on my rack.  Website states it will fit 8x8 or larger flat rack.  Customer service says I need to build a plate to make it fit, but website states everything is included to attach it.  No directions were included.  Miscellaneous screws and part were included with no known purpose.  Other problems include, if it did install on my present chrome rack, it would not butt up to rear passenger seat, over 2 inches short unless I raised it one inch (they say build a plate under it).  If I installed the rack that was inclosed on top of trunk, it would not be of great use since it would not hold much weight.  When cover is closed, it does not line up well and takes a little work to line up so latch can be closed.  Overall, this has been a waste of my time.  I just want to return it and get my money back, but they say they take no returns, just exchanges with me paying all postage.  They have no phone number listed, I got it from someone else complaining on this website.  Stay away from this company.  Apparently, they do not stand by the products they sell.  I am working with my credit card company.  I love to buy online, but we need to be trustworthy with one another.
