on July 2 I purchased a scooter over the phone. After 3 days they called me and said they do not have black. I asked what my options were and they said I could wait a month or two for them to come in or choose another color. I asked what colors they had and they said cream or metalic blue. I opted for the metalic blue. Because I changed the color it pushed back the proccesing date. one week later I got a call saying it was shipped. 5 days later I got it delivered,july 18. When I opened the crate the scooter was not metalic blue, it was pastel blue,quite a difference. After I put the few parst on that needed to be assembled I squeesed the front brake and nothing happened. I called riders and talked to a mechanic and he said to squeese the brake line with plieres and pump the brake lever. nothing happened. He told me to fill out the warranty form on line and they will send me a new brake. I did and after 3 days called to see what was going on with my order and he said he needs to talk to the mechanic and find out what part I need but he was not in today. I called again the next day and asked about my brake and he said the request was sent to the warehouse.Iasked considering all I have gone through could you send it next day air to me and he said sure if you pay for it. I said that I think because of them I got the wrong color and a scooter that has a defective brake and the least they could do is send it to me. He said it was thier policy and he could not. I aske to talk to the owner and he said he will be in at 11 am and would have him call me. He never did. 4 days late, after lots of un answered phone calls they finally answered and as soon as I said who I was they put me on hold. When he came back on the phone he said he did not know where my part is and he would have to call the warehouse.I said while your at it find out why after almost twoo weeks of having this scooter I still do not have the title. He said the girl that handles that has stepped out and will have to call me back. This phone call happened at 2 pn July 29. I asked that he makes sure he calls me back today with answers because they close at five and he said if I dont stop acting like this he will not help me untill I calm down. I was upset but was not using bad language just very upset and said if this was happening to you woud you be pleasant? I said fine , find out and call me back,and with that he did not say a word, just hung up.

I'm sending this because I did not get my color choice Lied about the color I got 10 days in my driveway still no title 10 days in my driveway defective brake
