I have a 2003 AutoGlide that I brought used in Augusta GA. The Ridley gang has gone out of their way to help me with any problems that I have had with buying a used bike. I have had conversations on Saturday mornings on how to change things on the bike and they are closed on weekends. Talk about GREAT people.
My bike got hit last year right before Bike Week, Clay had my bike repaired, painted and on the way back in less than 3 weeks. And then they drove to Myrtle Beach. This year at Myrtle Beach Clay replaced 2 parts on my bike and only charged me for one. You could not ask for better service from a company. They always answer my calls and call me back to make sure everything is ok. Any bike dealer or shop near Augusta works on my bike, no problems. But it's so easy that I even change my own oil and belt. This is a great motorcycle and a great company.

I am the proud owner of a new Ridley trike. I have had a few little problems with the trike, but at no time has the Ridley Company let me down. I have had long conversations with Clay himself as well as other members of the Company. I had a starting problem at Myrtle Beach and Tim came to my rescue. They worked on my trike to solve the problem. I have bought new cars and spent much more money and did not get taken care of like the Ridley guys took care of me. You can have problems with anything new, but Clay Ridley stands behind his product. I am very proud to have met him and the guys as well as other owners who are more than happy with their bikes. Sorry you had a problem but you should give it a chance to get worked out because it is worth it.
