This dealership should be called wrong honda not right! my sister went on the lot just to look at a used toyota truck with her 13 year old son, the pool of sharks ate her alive, they got her to trade in her 2012 scion tc yellow and black special edition car, gave her 12 k for it the car is worth 19 k, and got her to put 5 k of her own money down, she took the truck back and told them she couldnt afford it, so they said they would give her a used honda civic exl for 22.5 k, i found the car listed on line for 19.8 k ,she called me and i went to the dealer the next day with her and asked for her car and money back, by law she signed a contract and the car is hers and would not do any thing for her,i looked up the law on google and it is true ,i just want to warn anyone thinking of doing business with these people BEWARE they are theives and liars! i will be calling honda of america to file a complaint ,but dont expect much from what i have read on here. brother of a blond sister ripped off!

update on blonde sister and right honda.

AUTHOR: Evan - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 12, 2013

after i posted this rippoff report my sister was contacted by the manager at right honda his name is scott, he said they were concerned with this negative review and that it was slander, they asked her to come in to the dealership and she could meet with the owner and they might do somthing for her. she went in the next day sept 10 and met briefly with the owner and he set her up with a different finance guy, they adjusted the price of the used 2012 civic ex l from 22,999.00 that she paid on the signed contract to the internet price of 19,900.00 and got her into honda financing with a 11 percent loan instead of a 12.25 third party loan, she tells me that after she has made 6 payments on time honda will cut her interest rate in half and save her 5 k in interest on the life of the 72 month loan, her payment is now about 100.00 a month less, i also wanted to update the info on the 2012 scion tc that she traded in after rereading her contract they paid of the existing loan of 15,000 not the 12,000 i stated in my post, the car has less miles on it than the honda civic that she ended up with which has 22,000 miles on it, i also noted in the contract a charge of 1250.00 for a security system, they told her this is a standard charge item on all honda cars, i dont know if this is true can anyone verify this ? they also told her they would detail her car for her if she would bring it in, so i just want to let people know they at least made an attempt to right a wrong, she still ended up with a car she didnt need but she is an adult and made a bad choice, always read the contract before you sign and if you are unsure about anything walk away,   Brother of a blonde Sister

Buyer's Remorse Does Not Constitute a Rip-Off

AUTHOR: coast - ()

POSTED: Sunday, September 08, 2013

"gave her 12 k for it the car is worth 19 k"

Everyone wants to buy low and sell high. She accepted their low offer. That's not a rip-off.

"BEWARE they are theives and liars!"

Nothing in your report supports that claim.

Your sister is suffering from a case of buyer's remorse.
