I live in the Homestead neighborhood where Right Property Management manages the HOA. The fountain has not worked for 5 years the sidewalks are unsafe bricks are missing. Gail Tarlecki has been notifified of these issues 18 months ago she continually claims they are going to be fixed and have not. All the while the increased their fees from $3000 to $4700 a year . We have over $11,000 in our checking accunt yet she claims there isnt $100 to fix the sidewalk. If you are considering hiring this company to manage your HOA be aware she is highly unliked in our entire community, she has not called 1 HOA meeting in 5 years also she never once walked our neighborhood.
